The infant mortality rate is higher in the US probably because many infants are born from lower income uninsured mothers. These people probably do not follow the proper prenatal care and may be malnourished themselves, which can lead to higher infant mortality.

Actually, according to fact check McCain has consistently described himself as an opponent of regulation. Just as recently as March 2008, McCain said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal that "I'm always for less regulation.

Rax, apparently you haven't been paying much attention or if you have you need to remove the blinders. If you compare Obama's speech at the DNC to McCains at the RNC you will see that Obama laid out what he planned to do.

How much money do you think it will cost to reschedule the debate? It isn't free you know. McCain and Obama can be in DC in a moments notice, therefore, there is no reason not to show up at the debate.

The dot com boom started in 1995. Last time I checked, Clinton was president at that time, therefore, your argument that it started before Clinton is absolutely and positively false! The boom lasted until roughly 2001, which marks the end of the Clinton presidency.
